I booked for a pedicure and an ombre nail extension. The lady who did my treatments came across rude and impatient. For my nail extension i asked for a specific ombre colour. The lady did the ombre the opposite way after being shown a couple of times. She then changed it and once starting again it was messy I then asked her to remove it, she then explained that this colour was to hard to do, I then decided to choose a simpler colour at the end as at this point I was going to get what I wanted.

Booked for mani and pedi. I really needed to feel “pampered” as going through a hard time, but the whole experience was very rushed. The place didn’t feel clean at all and because 2 different therapist where doing the treatments, sitting on the pedicure chair whilst the manicurist is pulling your left hand towards the right for her, it was just so uncomfortable. Just very upsetting.
