Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience. Alessio is clearly a lovely person, but it was difficult to communicate with him (English isn't his mother tongue) & when I needed some steering from a professional, I was unable to get that. It resulted in me coming away after 2 rounds of toner with my hair the completely wrong colour. I was able to fade it with a LOT of washing, but I also noticed a patch of scalp that he'd missed. He has offered to touch it up, but I don't have time to return.
