Walked in with very curly long hair: hadn't been cut for three years. shapeless, shaggy, and harsh, strawlike, texture.. Walked out barely an hour later, and all that mass of curls had been properly shaped, although surprisingly little was trimmed off the length. Biggest and best change was in the texture-- the curls are soft, silky, and haven't frizzed even in the rain, Magic!
