I've been going to Becki for years (mainly for acrylic tips) and have never had a single lost nail or complaint! She's wonderful, and, as I've mentioned to her before, when she stops doing nails, that's when I'll stop having mine done, as I'm convinced I'll never find anyone as good. I'm delighted that she's such a perfectionist, and I get lots of compliments about 'my' beautiful nails. I will continue to recommend her to anyone who is considering any form of beauty treatment.
