Excellent therapist: very professional and friendly. The place was clean and tidy. The staff were hospitable. I was offered drinks. Overall it was a good experience. The only downside is the price. You might have more customers if it was not so expensive. I also suggest you allow customers to write shorter reviews!

I have been going to see Alex for the past couple of years. Her facials are the best in London! Before I met her I use to try out different places but was always a bit disappointed with the treatment or the price and then I went to see Alex.
She is professional, her salon is beautiful and she is so good at her job. It's so refreshing. I went for a facial on Monday and I'm already looking forward to the next one in a months time. Her treatments are reasonably priced and everything she uses is top of the range.
My husband also goes every so often. He loves it too and it's made such a difference to his skin.

Alex does the most amazing facial, it's heaven. Have face, neck and shoulder massage is amazing and te facial is thorough and I leave feeling like my skin

I cannot recommend Aleksandra Beauty at Toni & Guy warmly enough! I have had all my facials, waxing and eyebrow threading done by Aleksandra for the past 3 years, and I have only ever received top-notch service from her.
In addition to delivering excellent results (e.g. the facials leave my complexion better and she is a master at eyebrow shaping), she is also extremely knowledgeable about all matters concerning skincare and products. Whenever I am there for a treatment, I always feel I am in expert hands, which no doubt adds to an overall feeling of well-being. Try it out for yourself!

I visited Aleksandra for the first time last week and it certainly won't be the last. I had the signature facial and it was well worth the cost, it was an hour and a half of complete relaxation. I can't recommend Aleksandra enough as a therapist she is a complete professional.
