I have been having Sports Massages for about 6 months now and I really feel great benefit from going. I workout a lot and do a lot of running so a massage helps me to loosen up and feel better when I run. It works a treat and is something that I will continue to do for as long as I can. It helps you feel relaxed and really gets rid of those tight knots and tension from everyday life as well.
