The therapist Stuart is very highly skilled and knowledgeable in this field. I opted for a deep tissue massage as I have issues with a historical frozen shoulder! He explained what he was doing, why and advised what and when the treatment should be administered and what time-scale. When I left after an hour treatment session although still stiff and a little painful I was at least able to move my arm and shoulder; more than I could before the visit. Since having the treatment a few days ago it has made a huge difference and I have since booked another treatment in the following weeks. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Therapy Centre either for Beauty Therapy or for Sports Massages..... So glad I made the trip for this treatment to Alchemy. Thank You!
