A very good first experience for me at these rooms - comfortable, clean with atmospheric music to put me in the mood to relax and enjoy.
Holly was professional and very good at kneading the tension away - conversation helped to put me at ease and I was allowed to enjoy the experience in silence as I wished.
Timing was good and I left feeling duly pampered!

Love that Alchemy email me the day before to remind me of my appointment. 3rd visit, always feel welcome. Holly helps with decisions about colour but does not influence. Beautiful finish, will return.
