I have had two confirmed appointments that have both been cancelled by them. I have an event this weekend and wanted a pedicure, had the confirmation email only for them to cancel two days before my appointment with no explanation. Not impressed as struggling to find somewhere else with availability at short notice
Most amazing relaxing massage, Sophie was great, took the time and care on the areas that were a concern for me and gave some good practical advice for future treatment

This was my first visit, I had a relaxation body, scalp and face Massage for 75minutes, which was lovely. However I was disturbed by people in the premises talking/laughing and chairs being moved upstairs. This took away my expectations of a relaxation per-holiday treat. I wont be using Alchemy in the future.
I had a hot/ cold stone massage, Holly was very welcoming and professional. The massage was just what I needed and was really relaxing, with just the right ammount of pressure. I will book again.
Always such a lovely experience coming here. I recently started my BIAB nail journey with Sophie and it’s the best decision I have ever made! My nails have never looked better & last me so long. Sophie does such amazing nail art. All staff are super friendly too :)
