Everything was as described on the booking page.
I had a lot of tension in my shoulders, and it has completely gone away.
The "Rate your therapist" section with the question "What did you really like about Lauren?" I could only select one, as all five options apply from my experience.
A tip I would like to give to any newbies: The room in Central Chambers is closer to the lifts and stairwell at the Bothwell Street side, rather than the Hope Street entrance to the building.
