This was honestly the best hairdressing experience I've ever had! The staff were amazing and I've been told repeatedly how this is the best haircut I've ever had! I've never been so pampered or relaxed during ring a haircut, nor made to feel so good.

Bit of a mix up with online booking but when phoned salon fixed immediately appointment was for two teenage daughters who left very happy,lovely camel latte while waiting lovely wee treat

This is my third visit to Anderson's Hair, and in comparison to my previous experiences I am somewhat disappointed and slightly discouraged in booking with 3rd party sites. This was due to a confusion between the different booking systems as well as management at the salon, where certain staff doesn't seem to know when their stylists are due to be in for their shift - quite concerning! Originally my appointment was booked for a Level 2 Stylist but then had to downgrade to a Junior Stylist due to overbooking. However on the day, I waited for over half an hour, then being told that there had been a mix up! However, due the mistake I received a complimentary upgrade and got served by the Salon Manager, which was a very nice gesture. Overall the experience was great, very chill and relaxing - enjoyed both the head and hand massage, and of course the coffee!! Aside from the booking error, I did enjoy my visit to Anderson's Hair Salon and will most definitely without hesitation be visiting them again.
