I went to Anderson's last Saturday for a cut and colour. I was not 100% happy with the results as there was a slight brassy tone to my newly blonde hair. I phoned up on the Tuesday. They were extremely apologetic and booked me in for another appointment. My hair was then fixed with a toner free of charge. Staff at Anderson's customer service was excellent. My hair is lovely and I will definitely be back!

Loved it! I was offered coffee from a good list of options on arrival. The waiting area has super cushy chairs to sit on!! Everyone was lovely. Samantha did a great job with my hair cut and the head and hand massages were amazing!! Great value for money. I'll definitely go back.

I was very disappointed with my blow dry which I had booked for my works Christmas party and nipped out on my lunch break to get done. I had wanted a big bouncy blow dry so it would last the full night but it didn't even last on my walk back to the office, granted the weather didn't help but I'd expect it to still hold some of its volume and shape yet it was flat and lacklustre and I ended up having to do it again myself when I got home.
