I have visited the salon many times and have always enjoyed it come away feeling fantastic. This visit was a disappointment. The salon had an IT booking issue so was over booked. I moved my appointment on their request which was no problem. However the alternative day was also over booked. My appointment definitely felt rushed. My previous visits had come with a head and hand massage, and received neither of these this time. And after washing my hair I have noticed some rather uneven sections. I will need another haircut, which is a bit irritating and would be hesitant to book here next time despite having positive experiences previously.
