I really liked my hairdresser and she made my my colour look really natural with a nice clean cut as asked for. I wasn't sure that my colour was as bright as i personally wanted, but i went for what was advised and best for my hairs condition. My stylist advised me to let the ash tone rinse out and return to the salon if i wasn't happy as it would affect the brightness of the hair. Although my hair was beautiful it wasn't quite what i had in mind so i called to discuss the options i had. I was invited back to the salon and had a lighter blond hand painted onto my hair , which i really liked. everyones commented on my hair saying it looks modern and natural. I still feel its in great condition and it now had the brightens i want. Miscommunication happens and the salon listened to my concerns and fixed it ASAP. I would definitely recommend and the value for money was great. Will be back in 8 weeks for cut an touch up :)
