So I wouldn't recommend booking through Treatwell/Alchemy - they double booked my 11:45am blowdry the day of my friends wedding who I had travelled from Australia to see. The salon said they called at 8:30am in the morning of the day once reaslising this - no missed phone calls took place (I have a UK sim so there shouldn't be an issues with contacting me). There was an email sent offering me an earlier appointment of 9:30am - however who checks their emails regarding cancelled appointments?

I had a lovely time at Alchemy. It's a gorgeous modern salon, with welcoming staff. Morgan is a really good hairdresser who listened to what I wanted, gave me good advice and cut my hair well. Had a very relaxing head massage too.
