This was my first session of manual lymphatic drainage and I found it really helpful. I didn't expect immediate results and know that it's a longer process.

Had an incredible deep tissue massage - came in with a stiff neck and she sorted it right out, as well as correctly diagnosing a lot of hip flexor stiffness that I hadn't even mentioned! Highly recommend and will definitely come back.
