The hairwash was great. When comparing to other haircuts I have had, the haircut I found to be haphazard and rushed, which made me feel uncomfortable and like there was not much attention to detail taken, or interest in how I was finding the cut. I had to ask for the fringe to be corrected as it was a big solid wedge. Stylist did not seem to like me asking for it to be corrected, as he quickly finished my cut, did not ask if I was happy with it, and left v quickly without saying goodbye. I felt unvalued and uncared for as a customer and did not feel comfortable voicing my concerns as at no point did anyone ask if I was happy with the cut or service had.

Booked & paid for yesterday 17/09/2013 & had my hair done today 18/09/2013 and so so happy, the lady who done my highlights was called Leah (hope that's how it's spelt lol) Leah was very professional and took her time listening to what colours I wanted and understood my concerns to, I love my hair it's exactly how I wanted it so a massive THANK YOU Leah x I have been looking for a hairdressers for ages and now I've found one. The salon is right next to Hadley Wood Stn and it so easy to get to. A truly lovely salon, will deco be returning in 6 weeks time! Thanks so much x

Excellent service, great value - very happy with the highlights and haircut. Roby, the hairdresser, was lovely and very patient. Happy with the blow dry too. Nice cup of tea.

My hairdresser Zoe was amazing, really nice and friendly and did such a good colour and cut. She took her time and did a really great job. The extra £15 supplement they charge is a tad annoying as it bumps the price up. But overall I was really pleased.

Had a cut and blow dry with Zoe who was professional and did a nice cut. There was little chit chat which I prefer :) Nice hot drinks offered - little cafetierres of coffee and Fairtrade sugar - approve! Easy parking and lovely area.
