The only problem I had was booking online .you now require card info ,which takes you to my bank, that's ok.then on returning to website ,you go through the procedure again,needs sorting,I ending up making appointment by phone

Friendly and prompt service. I had a mostly vague description of what I wanted, so left most of the haircut to the hair stylist. There were some nice style choices like leaving the fringe a bit long to help frame my face better and to give flexibility for further styling. Also a nice offer of a hot drink again, and pleasant having music in the background too!
