Venue is ok, it was cold despite a heater being on in the salon. Way over priced treatments considering what you get. The stylist tried very hard to achieve what I wanted but didn’t manage to do it. The process was like having a shower in the sink, water everywhere, colour all over my skin. The colour is not what I wanted and the application is messy and not precise. The receptionist Fatima made Shaina give her tip back to the till. No discount for me for loyalty. I doubt I will return.
