I've been visiting this salon for about five years now and so far been happy with it. On this occasion, the haircut and blow-dry were below par. The blow dry didn't even last for the day and I had also requested for a couple of hair pieces to be thinned out at the ends. I've had this done before and it was a done properly but this time, I believe my hairdresser was a little preoccupied and also started another client's haircut whilst leaving me in rollers which I thought was unacceptable.
