The hairdresser actually listened to how I wanted my hair cut.. a very good quality to have.

She burnt my hair with her blow drying, didn't use any heat protection and was pulling my hair throughout the blow dry. I didn't feel comfortable at all. I have now had to cut 4 inches of my hair off as the ends were completely fried. extremely upset.
