Superb experience with Elsie - fun chat, great tunes and really cute salon. Being SUPER picky in dropping 1 star: my nail tips are a tiny bit rough& have some trapped fluff under gel, but Ako/Elsie is my new go-to for nails <3

This was my 1st ever manicure as a self conscious nail biter. I got a BIAB manicure and Elsie was excellent. She was warm and friendly and really made me feel at ease. Her little studio is very charming and cozy!
