Lovely atmosphere and relaxing surroundings. My therapist was friendly, calm and very soothing. Right from the moment I walked in she made me feel real exes at at home. The massage itself was excellent. I had quite a few knots in my shoulders and arms, and she was able to deal with them brilliantly.

The pedicure wasn't as thorough as expected as had to have the gels applied first and I can still see my old nail varnish on the sides. The gel finish isn't great as the the application has left an unstraight line at the cuticles. On removing some hard skin off my heals the practitioner went a bit too far and my heals are cut in a few places so we're tender for a few days. However the beautician was really lovely!
