I can trust the beautician with any of my treatments. So far I had my facial, full body massage, threading and laser hair removal treatments done by the beautician. Even though my pain threshold is low when it comes to hair removal the beautician will make sure I'm okay to continue. I did try elsewhere but nothing is better compare to the level of service, professionalism and value that I get from my usual beautician.
Was okay, erm lovely people there but I don’t think I’ll go back as to the hollywood wax wasn’t all good

Rather horrendous experience.
I had bikini hot wax treatment on 23rd July and I can only describe this as the most painful experience I've ever had.
At one point I had to physically stop the girl from tugging at the wax as she would not listen to me when I asked her to stop as the wax hadn't dried. Her response was that "it was only the first bit that hadn't dried" and proceeded to continue tugging at the sticky wax which kept breaking off (7 pulls for one small area of wax).
