Aiva asked to change my appointment time, which worked great for me 😊. During the appointment she made sure I liked how my brows looked (we also ended up trying dye, and I love the defined but natural look). Eyelashes too! Thank you!

Aiva was very quick giving me a patch test. She called me 15 minutes later to ensure I had no reaction to the dye and make sure everything was OK for my next booking. Superb 👌
