This was my first time visiting Naila, she was very polite and followed appropriate PPE procedures. I originally booked for extensions and went for a patch test a couple of weeks before. Naila and I had a lovely chat and on her professional advice went for an LVL and lash tint instead. I was patch tested for everything in case I changed my mind. I had a great experience with Naila who made sure that I was comfortable throughout and Im very happy with the results!
