When I arrived the room wasn’t ready for my waxing appointment. It wasn’t very clean and there was no clean towel to protect my privacy but a used one which was having on the door. The wax warmer was filthy and I’m not even sure if a new spatula was used to apply wax on my legs, it was very scratchy and touch too. The hygiene was not very good, and the whole treatment was very rough and no conversation happened bar instructions “stretch it” or “let go”. Not coming back. It was not good.
