I've been looking for a place to get my eyebrows done for a while and Personaleyes popped up so I thought why not? Once we arrived we were seated immediately and Uma got straight to work even providing hand sanitizer and making sure those outside the store where socially distanced to maintain hygiene standards. My appointment was for 10 minutes but I was done and out f there within 5 - the brow waxing/ threading was quick with minimal pain and I was also given aloe Vera gel to soothe my skin.

This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded and it was a very good experience. I would definitely go back again and recommend to friends.

Very disappointing shellac nails. Once I entered the place, I was taken to paint my nails straight away. We are in the middle of a pandemic and I was expecting to wash or sanitize my hands at least! I have to say that my nails look awful, the nail polish didn’t even cover my nails after 3 coats and they are already chipped and just done it yesterday. My friends keep on asking me why I didn’t ask to remove it before I left. I invited my colleague as a present and I am so embarrassed about it.

First of all, this is NOT a sugaring service. This is misinformation Hard wax was used. Secondly, I had a Hollywood and she put wax everywhere, in places where wax should NOT be and was not gentle in removing the wax from these areas, which meant that I was in a lot of unnecessary pain. It was actually the worst waxing experience I’ve ever had and I would not recommend.
