Extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. An unusually high level of expertise and knowledge around hair from a technical point of view. They know what they are doing!!!!!
Alberto is both incredibly skilled as a stylist but also attentive to your needs. Natasha is brilliant in many ways, from ensuring your appointment management, hair treatment and generally supporting the stylist discretely but efficiently. Aiko really does deliver a class A service and I highly recommend the salon.
