After months of getting eyelash extensions at this clinic, I had a very disappointing experience. At my last infill, they increased the price by £40 without any prior notice, fully aware that I was traveling the same day and couldn’t book elsewhere. They simply stated that was the price, and if I wasn’t satisfied, I could leave. They arrived late, kept me waiting, and only then informed me of the new price, which didn’t match what was listed on Treatwell. Total disrespect and unprofessionalism.

They arrived late, made me go and wait, and only then informed me about the new price, which was different from Treatwell. Complete disrespect and lack of professionalism. Would not recommend.
