I went to the clinic only to get information about the treatment, and the take my details, when I arrived home I received a call from them telling me they forgot to tell me they need to charge me £10 I needed to pay for the information then I need to go back to the clinic and to pay them,

The venue was clean, however there was very very limited choices of colour. Ordinarily i would expect a large variety of colours. This wasn't the case here, I had only a few options, and ended up with a colour i didn't really like.
