The rooms were lovely very well cleaned and prepared.
Receptionists could have been slightly more welcoming and attentive. Still a great stay nonetheless.

Nice massage, but parking is nightmare. The easiest parking is 'Forbury retail' car park and walking from there to venue is about 8mins.
