Aheli Spa is a small but very well kept and clean. We enjoyed 30 minutes in the steam room and sauna before our treatments. The steam room and sauna are small but it was nice to have it to ourselves.
I had never had reflexology before so it was a new experience for me. The therapist was quite firm with her massage but clearly knew what she was doing. She also gave me a quick 5 minute back massage- she recognised that my back was stiff from doing the reflexology.
Overall a lovely experience.
