The masseuses were excellent absolutely great service.
The rooms were lovely very well cleaned and prepared.
Receptionists could have been slightly more welcoming and attentive. Still a great stay nonetheless.

Team member Rekha is very good staff member. She is fully trained she was did well behaved and good hospitality.

Nice massage, but parking is nightmare. The easiest parking is 'Forbury retail' car park and walking from there to venue is about 8mins.
