This is the second time I've had been to this spa and the massage was as good as the first one.
What let the overall experience down is that when I arrived at the spa, no one was present and after about 20 minutes of waiting (because I arrived early as instructed) I had to return to the hotel reception to explain that no one was there. It turns out that I was supposed to be escorted to the spa by the hotel staff member and shown how to access the sauna and steam room. Because of this, my booking time was rescheduled for a later time. I do accept that this was no fault of the spa.
Another matter to mention raise, with no intention of causing offense is I appreciate the therapist wearing a mask during the massage but I wasn't too comfortable with the occasional coughing. This may not bother other clients.
I will, however, return for another treatment and use of the sauna/steam room.
