I had a 2 hour massage (1 hour massage + 1 hour facial) as a treat and it was fantastic. The therapist is exceptional. She's welcoming, really polite and extremely attentive. She checked not only whether the pressure of the massage was right and adjusted it, but also light, sound and temperature. It was so amazing that I think I dozed off a little at some point! I know where to get my next treat!

A thoroughly relaxing experience. The staff were friendly and flexible to move our steam and sauna (as we were running late) and the therapist gave a really enjoyable massage in a lovely calm environment.
