From the moment the professional Martin opened the door of the hotel and walked with me to the spa I knew I was in a special place. The greeting at the spa was welcoming and friendly. I was guided through the massage options and then had the most amazing Bali massage from Rekha. Her technique and pressure was spot on and ironed out lots of knots, aches and pains. The facial was the icing on the cake, rounding off a completely relaxing 2 hours.
