I came in for eyebrow threading and a face wax. The technician suggested I opt for an eyebrow wax instead as she explained it would be easier. I havenât had an eyebrow wax before so I agreed, trusting her expertise.
She was not careful at all with my skin and part of the skin beneath my eyebrow and above my eye ripped off. Iâve been left with scarring around both eyebrows.
Though the staff offered me a full refund, but I am still left with prominent scarring on my face. Will not be returning.

This was my 3rd visit to Ahdiaâs lovely hair salon for a balayage refresh and blow dry. As always I was most happy with the warm friendly service, colour and beautiful blow dry I received. Ahdia is very talented and a true perfectionist in the colour and style she creates for her clients refusing to let the client leave her salon until satisfied with the results. I know my hair is always in safe hands with Ahdia and she is the only person I will trust! Look forward to my next visit :)

My first experience colouring my hair in the UK and I couldnât be happier! The team were so wonderful and sweet, the atmosphere was relaxing and ambient. And my hair never looked better after Ahdia was done with it. Her ability to mix colours to what suits complexions is amazing. Had the best experience getting my balayage done. It turned out better than I wanted!! Gorgeous selection of hair colours, the staff are so lovely and talented, and I found the whole experience so relaxing. This will be my new go to hair salon for anything I wanna have done, super nice and sophisticated inside too :)
