Nahid was very nice but didn’t appear to speak much English so very little conversation. From a hair perspective, I didn’t realise a Brazilian blow dry meant so much straightening, it was literally straightened to an inch of its life. Consequently, some of my hair has severely frizzed or has died. I think Nahid should have advised against me having it done due to the condition of my hair. Not all down to her, but she is supposed to be an expert.

Beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff. I am so happy with my Brazilian blow dry. I would of left a huge tip if I wasn’t a broke uni student. A very luxury feel. I will be back for other services.

I did not receive baylage. I got a highlights which are awful. They are orange and uneven and very far from my root area. My hair just looks awful undone and I’ve just been crying all day. Hairdresser just said that it’s because my hair has been coloured before which is absolute nonsense. It’s never been a problem for another Hairdresser I’ve been going to. After I came back home, I saw how bad it actually was. I want my money back! And more I want my hair back! I had better hair before! 😢😡
