Clair was amazing. For years before I'd been loyal to another salon but after one of their stylists ruined my hair with terribly cut layers I knew I needed to try somewhere else. Clair was so attentive, knew exactly what I needed and my hair is finally looking normal/healthy again. She was so assuring. A totally lovely lady. Ended up giving her a massive hug at the end as was so grateful for her :)
