The appointment was on time. The salon is nice and cosy, not very big. Good music at a good volume. Marcelo started by asking what I wanted, looked at my hair to understand what needed to be done and then he washed it thoroughly. He was really careful and took his time to check that everything was right. I really enjoyed my time there and my haircut is very nice.
