Avril has cut and styled my hair previously. She always follow my instructions with a few helpful suggestions that flatter and suit both my face and age. She is a true professional while still retaining her affability and friendliness and the atmosphere in the salon is so relaxed and enjoyable, that I feel a bit reluctant to leave when it's over!

Avril was friendly and explained what the patch test was for and why it was so important to get one. Feeling in very good hands to come back & get my hair coloured now. The salon and other girls are lovely too!
