Fantastic massage. Friendly and welcoming. The pressure was firm and really released the tension. A good balance of being effective whilst still being very relaxing. Finished with a lovely head massage. Other reviews have mentioned noise from the gym but I visited on a sunday and for most of the time there was no one there so relaxing music was playing. When someone arrived, I was so relaxed I hardly noticed the change in music.
