Had to wait 15 mins to be seen with no explanation as to why. Beautician barely spoke to me, the treatment lasted 5 mins tops & she disappeared straight afterwards. The whole treatment was clearly rushed.

I had Russian lashes, this is a long treatment but I was made to feel welcome as soon as I walked into the salon.
Lottie did a great job!
