I called to enquire about an appointment, and was asked what time worked for me I said 1:30 i was told to text confirming the time and my name which I did, I arrive on time and 2 people who came in after me were seen without me being asked who or when my appointment is, when I asked when I will be seen they said “we don’t reply on text messages” even though I was told to text and confirm when I was coming. After being sat waiting for 30 minutes they then say I have to wait another 30 minutes?
