The venue was a professional atmosphere. The wax room wasnt as private as I expected. The wax used was quite rough and there was wax left on me in some areas. It was very painful bearing in mind I've had waxes for a good 4 years now. My wax therapist didn't speak to me or make me feel any more comfortable when she could see I was clearly in pain.
