There is a partitioned space for facials, you can hear what is happening in the salon. When it’s quiet you can hear the spa music. I would have liked the different steps of the facial explained. I felt like the last ten minutes was just resting. I’m not sure what products were used and I did mention that I am interested in skin care. The salon professional was very kind and my skin is feeling and looking great regardless, but having that extra customer service would have made a better experience
