Took so much longer than usual and the water went over every area at least three times and still missed a fair bit, just completely different to what I usually get there - thought they had the service wrong and had to check they got my booking right.

It was my first time getting any kind of professional wax, and I'd decided to go all in with legs, arms, pits and a full Hollywood in one day! The girls could see how nervous I was and put me at ease, even though it took a lot to get me to relax. They were kind and professional and the service was both quick and thorough. They communicated well to get me through with minimal pain. I'm really delighted with the results and would definitely go back again! Thank you so much!
