Sadly my experience was terrible. Whilst getting a Hollywood the door was not locked a colleague walked in on me getting my wax and I was later told she was called in to help. However none of this was communicated to me. I was very upset

Being getting my HD brows done for 10 years, there is specific order in which this treatment takes place - including brow mapping which didn’t happen - this led to no shape didn’t even wax my partners eyebrows who came with me to have HD brows aswell

Tucked away salon, very quiet and the staff were able to move my appointment up earlier, which was really helpful.
Good experience at the salon, they completed my wax and offered information on the differences between each one.
