We enjoyed full use of spa and 25% off a hot stone massage, it was all lovely and extremely relaxing. We also enjoyed a yummy lunch. Staff are all really lovely, will go back soon.
A very relax atmosphere where to chill out and indulge yourself. The facilities are spotlessly clean and the staff are very helpful. We love the steam rooms and the hot tub. Excellent value for money.
Last visit was disappointing. The shower on/off button has not worked properly for weeks now, the Crystal steam room has been out of order for the last 2 visits. The foot spa not always works as it should. The hot tub appears to be losing power on occasions. Will be giving it a miss this week. Hopefully, all these problems will be addressed by the following week.
Down graded the rating on facilities only because the Crystal Steam room was not in use. As usual the staff are excellent - friendly, helpful and not at all pushy. I highly rate this Spa.
What a lovely spa hidden away. This was my second visit this time with a group. Everyone loved the spa and despite it being fairly busy we got plenty of time in each of the thermal rooms on our own. The only reason I wouldn't give this spa five stars for facilities is the fact
that it doesn't have a pool which is a shame (and foot spas are still not fixed!). Otherwise Afon Spa is a lovely relaxing treat kept spotlessly clean with lovely helpful staff. We will definitely visit again soon and hopefully get to try the treatments. Incredibly cheap deal via wahanda:-)
