I think this is the worst customer service experience of my life. I phoned to say I’d be 5 minutes late for my appointment to which they said they couldn’t carry out the treatment as they’re back to back. Which is fine so settled just for gel removal. However I was then left waiting 10-15 minutes and it turned out a lady had an appointment for 2pm (25 mins after my appointment which was meant to be for shellac removal and shellac manicure). Removal was rushed and felt unwelcomed. Such a shame since I had just moved to the area and was looking for a regular slot but seems this will not be it.

Very happy with the waxing, 100% satisfied for the first time in my life. It was almost painless. The therapist - I forgot her name :( - used quality hot wax and never dipped the spatula back into the wax again. She was so lovely and professional, did an outstanding job! I'll definitely be back again.
