Olivia was great! She provided a wonderful massage. highly recommend the massage. The room that was allocated to us was right by the main entrance which meant the ambience was not relaxing. I could hear the buzzer, telephone conversations, and other customers talking to their therapists. I would suggest reconsidering which rooms are allocated for each treatment. Relaxing Music may also muffle out some of the background noise too.
